The Oregon Scientific WMR100N Professional Wireless Weather Station features a rotary dial, which delivers quick and easy access to information, and for easy console navigation.

The full-featured station monitors six different weather measurements, and the atomic clock provides accurate and precise time. The clock adjusts for Daylight Saving Time; including an alarm for hi/lo temperature, heat index, humidity, dew point, gust wind and high rain rate and UV index.
The WMR100N offers flexible sensor installation options, with the remote wind sensor and temperature/humidity sensor. They both include a full set mounting kit, allowing them to be wall mounted, or bundled on the included stand-alone PVC pole. You have the option of mounting either  the temperature/humidity sensor independently, in a different location from the wind sensor. The remote rain sensor includes a level ground indicator for easy installation.

    Features:
  • The console presents animated weather forecast icons, including sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, rainy and snowy. Forecasting the weather 12 to 24 hours in advance. It also supports both  indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity sensors. The moon phase icon helps gauge moonlight and tides for outdoor activities. The console can connect to a wind sensor, rain sensor, temperature/humidity sensor and an optional UV sensor (bought separately). The console also measures and displays temperature, heat index, humidity, dew point, wind speed, wind direction, wind chill, UV index, barometric pressure and daily/cumulative rainfall. It includes a specialised memory which records current and 24-hour historical readings such as barometric pressure, accumulated rainfall and UV in a bar chart format for easy   analysis, including a timestamp.
  • There is included PC software to store and view weather data via USB connection.
  • Long range transmission allows up to 100 meters (300 feet) between the main unit and remote sensors.
  • Each component requires different sources of power as follows; the base station uses 4 AA batteries or 6V AC adapter for continuous operations; the wind sensor uses 2 AA alkaline batteries; the rain sensor uses 2 AA alkaline batteries and the temperature/humidity sensor uses 2 AAA alkaline batteries.

All batteries stated above are included in the box.
